Since War is brewing with both Russia and China, may I suggest that we conscript all the non-Moslem illegal resident aliens that we can find into the military, and guarantee them amnesty and citizenship after 6 years of wartime service or 2 years of combat duty, or disabling injury. If they refuse, drop them off on the S. Side of the river with a peanut-butter sandwich, 100.00 US currency, and a gallon of water. Time to give back, Senor.
