Since last week I have been getting many enquiries regarding my clients transformation. So Im just going to provide you a sneak into just one phase of my client C.T Sree Krishnas Training and Diet Protocols.(see pics) Now you might think, Is this how I plan diet for all my clients?. The answer is I dont. The diet is based mostly on the clients needs and my assessment of his/her psychology.(Will he/she follow this diet?) Some of my long term clients have not seen such an organized diet plan in their entire association with me. Example, one of my clients has been given just one habit to follow for the past 6 months which is to have only 3 meals in a day. (Well Im not convinced that 6 small meals helps MOST of the clients) Now why is there such a difference in diet prescriptions? Its because each individual is different psychologically (physiologically also). And from experience I believe that compliance is the key to long term results. And to achieve compliance I have seen that introducing their favorite food works like magic. But this client of mine, had a short term goal. And the best way to achieve short term goals is go for a customized calorie calculated diet plan. Works all the time. Some of you might think IS THIS HOW OBSESSED WITH NUMBER YOU HAVE TO BE TO GET A GOOD PHYSIQUE?. Answer: Absolutely not. There are great many examples of local bodybuilders who do not calculate calories or anything of that sort but can still come up with an amazing transformation within 8 weeks. Then why did I give such a diet? Well the honest truth is that I want to know why a particular diet plan works and short term clients are great subjects to conduct experiments on:-) This program was one such experiment. I try learning more from my clients training program/diet which I provide than what my client learns from me. I enjoy documenting each and every minute detail which helps my decision making with future clients who find it really difficult to lose fat/build muscle. This post is targeted towards upcoming trainers. I urge you guys to document as much information as possible and you might learn something when you look at it a few years from now. You will find so many amazing training/diet protocols which you used in your program which you somehow forgot to use now. And you will also find some really dumb recommendations that you made which will make you laugh at yourself. NOTE: Please dont make the mistake of following the same diet for yourself or your clients programs. See that the Calories, Carbs, Protein and Fat are calculated based on his Body Weight, Lean Body Mass and especially his goal. So this diet program may not work for you or your clients unless you have the same body type/weight and goal in mind.
