Since our bodies are still on EST, we started our day pretty early. Had a great breakfast of jamon y panqueques (bacon & pancakes) and now were getting our packs situated for the journey. We have a 4-hr bus ride, then 90 minutes in the back of a truck, then a 90-minute hike (although with these heavy packs and oxygen-deprived lungs...I think well be taking a little longer) up to the village of Sesarb where well be working for the next four days.
