Since positive (+) accomplishments are colorless and numbers dont lie, why do yoU suppose Congressional Republicans/Tea Party Republicans (Republicans, some?) just CANNOT find it in themselves to give this President (Barack H. Obama) his due credit where/when due? They seem to manage to never miss an opportunity to place blame when they think/feel it is due.
