Since so much is happening through Facebook, then here comes partnership proposal to all Erasmus+ Programme countries on training course *Embodied Leadership*, which will happen in Latvia next year June 9-19. Embodied Leadership is an intensive 9-days training course aiming to increase the competences for responsible, inspiring, compassionate, empathic and effective leadership for youth workers, facilitators, trainers, NGO leaders and employees. During 9 days participants will gain more self-awareness, develop their capacity to communicate in compassionate and non-violent manner, lead from the mind thats connected to heart, develop creative thinking and problem solving abilities, learn to motivate and bring out the best in themselves and people they are working with. Through experiential physical, mental and spiritual exercises and team practices, participants will strengthen the ability to extend into the world with clear intention, skillful action and grounded compassion. Participants will experiencen the concept of leadership that connects body, mind and spirit in a way that serves their potential and potential of the communities they are working in. We believe that leadership has much more to do with stewardship, being able to serve the others. True leaders inspire by their presence, self-confidence and emotional intelligence and help others to live their potential and develop their own capacity to lead and inspire. Training course will gather 20 participants from 10 Programme countries - 2 participants from an organization. Training will be hosted by Latvian association Room of Fulfilled Dreams. There will be no participation fee. Activities costs, insurance, food and accommodation will be covered from the project budget, as well as travel costs in lines with rules and conditions of Erasmus+ Programme.
