Since the Government claim to have SUNK one Billion worth of heroine (I have no idea if its in USA dollars or Ksh) This is what I expected to happen to falsify that Hypothesis 1.all the surrounding aquatic life including fish to get high with HEROINE 2.The fish would have fallen asleep due to high concentration of heroine in the water (get drunk in laymans terms) 3.THEN they would have floated on water unconsciously 4.Due to the earth rotation, I expected the waves to have swept all the drunken Fish including whales on Offshore 5 . Resident along the shore would then be harvesting Fishing like Mana, 6. the heroine will then find itself in the Kenyan market economy, people will buy fish, consuming heroine unknowingly with the Fish 7.The whole country will therefore be drunk for sometimes, no one will go to work, school or anywhere drunk? 8.Kenyan economy would have dropped to minus or negative 15 because even now we are almost crossing the minus mark. These are the basic indicators that would have justify that indeed the 1 Billion heroine was destroyed, However up to now I have not witness even a single one, I therefore have a sufficient threshold to challenge the government assumption of destroying the heroine, That HEROINE will soon find itself in the Kenyan market, sooner or later, the only individual who can unravel this mystery is JICHO PEVU
