Since the Municipal process started, I have been concerned that those hoping to become the new Mayor were not speaking of an over-all picture because in my humble opinion a leader should know their Mission for the time in office and also have a vision of how a project would end up at the end of a leaders term. How else can a leader be successful? I was happy to see your platform on Friday since it shows you have looked at all aspects of running the municipality and understand the whole picture of Chelseas future --although I see no mention of the steam train! This shows that taking a professional business-like approach is the only way to answer all Chelseas challenges, to get the Municipality back on track and to get a hold of the crazy financial situation.. I think Chelsea is fortunate that you are prepared to take on the challenge and to, no doubt, give yourself many a headache until all issues are resolved.
