Since this forum is about raising the bar I have a question. Does your MLS have a correction button to report incorrect, illegal terms or MLS violations? If so how often do you report people so they are educated on what was wrong with their listing thus raising the bar. This morning I was searching through the brand new listings in my market. Out of 26 I reported 19 for violations, in hopes that they will learn to be better REALTORS and provide a better service to their clients. The listings were litered with MLS, fair housing violations, commission offer violations etc..
