Since we were on vacation, I havent taken the time to think about Robin Williams. I was sworn to secrecy for all these years but I think it is safe to talk about it now. Some 20 years ago, my mom and a friend, took a week long schooner cruise off the coast of Maine with a dozen other passengers, one being Robin Williams, who was traveling alone. She told me stories about late night star gazing together and she taught him how to crack a lobster. He was hysterical, of course and went by a different name but spent his free time proof reading a movie script. My mom was star struck but all the passengers treated him like a regular guy. The trip was magical, peaceful and healing for her. Because Robin was special to her, he will always be a special man to me. RIP Robin Williams.
