Since when does Wind on the Wires advocate for local control?? Oh, in a state where the State might actually attempt to regulate their bad behavior. In Minnesota, where the State mandates wind and simultaniously exempted it from all meaningful regulatioin, Wind on the WIres has testified against any County or Township that has attempted to protect their citizens. Of course, WOWs Joe Sullivan also testified last year to the MN House Committe on Environment and Natural Resources that baseload electricity is obsolete. The only thing you can believe about WOW is that their staff get paid through RE-AMP as long as this tax and rate-payer funded Big WInd ride lasts. Illinois - enough sick people and abandoned homes already. Protect your rural citizens.
