They work in a variety of clinical settings and can progress their career along one of three professional tracks: Clinical, Management or Education. Click here to find out more. SingHealth Alice Lee Institute of Advanced Nursing (IAN) was established in 2003 to ensure all SingHealth’s nursing and support staff undertake high quality training programmes. Programmes offered by IAN include, clinical teaching courses for nurses, career advancement for senior enrolled nurses as well as programmes for patient care and health-care assistants. Last year’s Nurses Day, however, saw the staging of a musical - Hey Florence by a full cast of SingHealth nurses, with ticket proceeds going towards Presidents Challenge. Mr S R Nathan, former President was the guest of honour, with Health Minister Mr Gan Kim Yong joining the celebrations as well.
