Sint Maarten/ St. Martin Photo Excursion includes: Airfare & accommodations from major east coast cities:• BWI-Marshal, Reagan International, Philadelphia (Air Arrangements can be made from other cities. Additional costs may apply)• Accommodations are large 2 bedroom Vacation Villas/ Suites or Guesthouses for seven (7) days. (Those wishing individual suites or rooms please specify in advance. There will be additional costs for that accommodation) 3 Photographic Sessions with one of primary photographers • Beach scenes • Various City locations • Models choice • Ferry trip to island of Anguilla for additional shoots *depending on response of participants Other Photographers/ Makeup artists available for additional shootingo All arrangements between non-staff photographers or workshop participants are strictly between THAT PHOTOGRAPHER AND MODEL & MAKEUP ARTIST Though we Strongly encourage all participating models to seek out and to shoot with other photographers, we are not responsible for those arrangements. Workshops to be held on alternating Days • Location lighting o Night time o Tackling the mid-day lighting challenges o Use of fill light vs. reflectors Model Workshops • Guerilla shoot makeup and hair • When a “booty shot” is NOT a BOOOOOOTAY shot • Be your own wardrobe stylist Group Activities • (Party-party…PAAAAAARTAAAAAAY (turn down for WHAT… well because you have a shoot at 6:00AM) Total $2100.00 --1st payment/deposit: $400.00 due 9/15/2014 • *if your (deposit) payment exceeds $500.00 by 09/31/2014, you will get a 25% discount on the entire package (to be deducted from final payment) --2nd payment: $400.00 due 10/15/2014 --3rd payment: $500.00 due 01/15/2015: --4th payment: $500.00 due 02/15/2015 --5th payment: $300.00 due 03/15/2015 Room assignments will be done after 2nd payment Payments made thru PAYPAL: [email protected] (put Saint Martin SHOOT in memo section) those who receive discount will have that discount shown in final payment ***Those NOT PAYING at least 50% of total after 02/15/2015 until 03/01/2015 may be subject to $100.00 increase depending on rate increases in airfare etc. Food & drink is not included (we are looking into “all inclusive” rates for those who may want that convienience) Transportation from airport to hotel is not included, though we will make every effort to pick you up. (It is our plan to do group rates for air so most of those going will arrive at same time and the organizers will have a car or van so more than likely you will have transportation to and from hotel to airport.) Though Organizers will have travel insurance to cover themselves. It is advised for individuals traveling to purchase their own insurance to cover travel accidents, equipment loss and medical emergencies.
