Sir Richard Branson (virgin galactica) does not like Britain anymore, perhaps it is inheritance tax which bothers him - as they quote he has lived there (Necker Island) for seven years (out of U.K.) so a Will ahead of flying into space will be lodged in British Virgin Islands jurisdiction.. Maybe he wants that year round suntan ! Maybe I should live in Madeira. I am still trying to learn Spanish and Madeiran gov-madeira.pt
