Sitting inside enterprise rental car. Lady is using 3 credit cards and a debit. The credit cards were declined and the debit card cant be used because she needs a utility bill. She says she had one she give it to him... Sorry miss but we cant use this utility bill. Lady: why not? You told me to bring a utility bill with my name and address and there it is. Dealer: but you have an outstanding balance on this and it has to be current. Lady: well you didnt tell me that why didnt you tell me that? (Holding another bill which has a red notice on it for her cable bill) Dealer: I did tell you that. And this bill has an outstanding total of 29.00 we dont do credit checks to rent cars and this is why you need to bring a current utility bill. Lady: this is bullshit...Here use this hands him the other red notice bill. Dealer: im not even going to take that because you have a RED NOTICE and it says over $300 Lady: yeah whats the point? Dealer: I cant help you today. Lady: well I have over 2 gs in the bank what if I pay these off now. Dealer: no Lady: try this credit card Dealer: now we can only swipe so many cards for the rentals if I swipe it and its denied I cant not help you anymore...do you underbstand?...do you want me to swipe it? Lady: yes...that one should... Dealet: declined. Lady: well now your just messing up my day I have an appointment to go to and you are making me late. Now how am I going to get home? Dealer: Im sorry you feel that way but rules are rules. But I will be happy to take you back home but you will need to wait about 15 min is that OK? LADY: yes but can you pick my daughter up on the way and drop us off at the Drs and Ill catch the bus from there. DEALER: UMMMM sorry no I can not do that but I can drop you off at your house if you want and that is it. LADY: YOU AND YOUR COMPANY AINT SHIT Me: #Dead
