Sitting watching TV just now, and herd a loud almost explosion sound on the side of my house. Went out and walked down the side of house looking around with a flashlight and found a chunk of concrete that weighed about two pounds in the yard. Looked at the side of my house and found a large hole in my Harding siding about 8 below my dining room picture window. I jumped in the truck and ran around the neighborhood. I came across four black teenagers cutting across an empty lot on Miramar, as I approached them with by brights on, they took off running and started jumping fences, and I lost them somewhere between Miramar and Iberville. Carol called the police and an officer showed up and asked me what do you want me to do and have you had any trouble with anyone in the neighborhood. We found that the concrete came from the broken up sidewalk on side of the house that has not been fixed since Katrina. I wonder if the city will pay for my house to be fixed. Thats all I can say is beware if they come back around.
