Slade Alday, Baritone and Pianist has made a decision to end his tenure with the Freedom Hill Quartet. He will begin a new adventure as a Worship Pastor. While he may pursue other interests in the future, he feels God is leading he and his family back into church ministry in this season of life. Shane Mercer shares, “I speak for all the guys in the group when I say that we wish Slade well in his future endeavors. He and Danielle will definitely be missed. Our prayer is that God will bless and multiply his efforts in his ministry.” Slade plans to stay with the group over the next couple of months until a replacement vocalist and instrumentalist can be found. The search to hire a baritone vocalist for the group is the primary focus at this time, however, FHQ is very interested in individuals that can play the piano and sing a part.
