Slimmer French Toast Items you will need: Thin sliced 40 calorie bread Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding 1 can of a low sugar pie filling of your choice (I used Blackberry) Eggs Vanilla Extract Half n Half Pampered Chef Cut n Seal press or similar gadget (could easily use a wide mouth glass as well, this is to seal in your stuffing in between the two sliced of bread) Coconut Oil skim milk Directions: Egg Mixture: (Increase or decrease depending on how many servings you will need to coat) Whisk in a large bowl, 3 eggs, a splash of vanilla extract and a splash of half n half. Cheesecake pudding: prepare using the pie filling directions with skim milk Toast: On one slice of the thin bread, spread a small amount of fruit pie filling in the middle of the bread, place a small dollop of the pudding on top of the fruit. Place a second slice of bread over the first. Center the cut n seal or glass over the middle and press firmly to create a seal around the middle filling. You can choose to remove the excess around the edges or leave, it is up to you. Dip each side of the filled toast into the egg mixture and place on hot griddle or in pan with a small amount of coconut oil to prevent sticking. Cook to your browning preference. And ENJOY!!! Topping suggestions: some of the remaining pie filling or pudding powdered Stevia sugar free syrup .•**•.Get healthy & lose weight with Sabina.•**•.
