Smartbro FUP..... Have you experience a very slow internet speed lately if you are a smartbro subscriber? This FUP or Fair Usage Policy that smart implemented without our our consent will make us miserable. we are only given about 15gig "download/uploading cap" at normal speed of 20kbps, thereafter we will be experiencing a very slow internet speed about 0.2kbps. worst if you can consume the "cap" in just one week, the remaining 3 weeks of your internet browsing will be a worst night mare. To Smartbro.... how will you construct the clause in the smartbro contract that says "unlimited internet services at 2mbps speed" ? I have been a smartbro subscriber since 2008 and renewed another 24 months locked-in period last Dec 2012, but due to this FUP are we signing an "onerous" contract this time? is this one of your service development promised to your millions of subscribers? try to make sense! Dont try to outsmart us. Remember that we are the subscribers...
