So Boaz took Ruth, and she was his wife: and when he went in unto her, the LORD gave her conception, and she bare a son. And the women said unto Naomi, Blessed be the LORD, which hath not left thee this day without a kinsman, that his name may be famous in Israel. And he shall be unto thee a restorer of thy life, and a nourisher of thine old age: for thy daughter in law, which loveth thee, which is better to thee than seven sons, hath born him.And Naomi took the child, and laid it in her bosom, and became nurse unto it.And the women her neighbours gave it a name, saying, There is a son born to Naomi; and they called his name Obed: he is the father of Jesse, the father of David. Ruth 4:13-17. Ruth when her husband died and all hope was lost; she had opportunity to abandon Naomi like Orpah did, but she leaned on the invisible strength and saw a seed in her that is capable of ruling in the affairs of the generation unborn and thus keyed into the everlasting covenant of the God of Israel. Little wonder Boaz said in chapter 2 verse 12 The LORD recompense thy work, and a full reward be given thee of the LORD God of Israel, under whose wings thou art come to trust. When you determined to do the spectacular where others are running away, God will definitely give you a full reward. When you are faithful to his word, he will make your name evergreen and you will be a model of good work to your generation and to your childrens children like Ruth the grandmother of David. When you sow a good seed you will definitely have a bountiful harvest as recorded in Genesis 8:22 While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease. Orpah backed out and was forgotten but Ruth pressed forward and had a seed that outlived her. Do you want a seed after you to shoot out? Do you want your name to be immortalized like the patriarchs of old like Abraham, Isaac and Jacob? Then leave your comfort zone and make up your mind to sow special seed like Ruth. Pray with me Father let all my conceptions be delivered into reality in the name of Jesus. My dream shall not be aborted, my hope shall not be shattered and my seed shall not wither in the name of Jesus. As you turned hopeless Naomi and Ruth into great grandmother and grandmother of David, turn my hopeless situation into glorious manifestation of your blessings in the name of Jesus. Lord, give unto me children that shall be a great restorer of life and hope to my household and a nourisher to their generation in the name of Jesus. Let every delay orchestrate my divine lifting into the fulfillment of my glorious destiny in the name of Jesus. Let every disappointment transform into favour and honour in my life in the name of Jesus. Cause me to flourish and fruitful in every area of my life in the name of Jesus. As you showed up to Naomi and Ruth at their eleventh hour; show up to me and give unto me divine pleasant surprises in the name of Jesus. Turn and overturn every reproach to renown, barrenness to blessings, shame to fame and failure to favour in the name of Jesus. By your mercy, let every closed file in my life be reopened with landslide breakthrough in the name of jesus. Give unto me what is humanly impossible after the order of Naomi and Ruth in the name of Jesus. As you separated Orpah from Naomi cause eternal separation between me and the people that will hinder me from getting to the land of accomplishment in the name of Jesus. Let me live a purposeful and fulfilled life like Ruth who through patience obtained the eternal blessings of a grandson whom God testified to as a man after his own heart in the name of Jesus. Bless my life and let it show unto others in the name of Jesus. Today, let the hosts of heaven guide me and preserve my soul and my seed after me from dream aborter and hope killer in the mighty name of Jesus. Give me grace to patiently seek you till I will have and experience a change in all dimensions of life the name of Jesus. Ruth a Moabites by birth became a role model for women today by choice: let your grace help me to tread on the path of honour and to become a pillar of blessings to my generation in the mighty name of Jesus.
