So, Comcast, I quote, to my question, if I have an emergency, while my phone service is out until you can send a tech, eSeptember 9th, or worse, my children have an emergency and cannot dial 911, what should we expect from Comcast? I quote, from operator w37, there is nothing Comcast can do. It may be your equipment sir. This is my first online complaint, ever, so, Comcast, you should listen. Your service and your help desk are unbelievably poor. By the way, Comcast, you charge me for that Equipment every month, so it is Your Equipment, not mine.
