So, Crystal, Asha, for experimental purposes I kept some of the branches I trimmed from my weeping fig a few weeks ago. I got most of them rooting in water, nice roots. They grew a lot while I was gone. Anyway, I am going to try some "trunk" designs. I am going to train the trunks to grow together to make a pattern. Not that I need another weeping fig but I have been wanting to pursue the art of bonsai, and the figs rapid growth will make for a nice experiment. Will take pics when they are rooted enough to plant.
