So I also benched today. Was all bench other than the bit of curling at the end. This was 150x8x2 superset with 80x8x2. Then I did some medium grip 5x5 and then I did one rep of 30sec super SLOWMO bench. This is a bit narrower than usual grip. Bench coach thought I should give it a whirl. Did first 4 like this and then tried with my usual grip with pinkies on the rings and felt much stronger. That is relatively speaking because overall I feel weak as a kitten. Should be able to do 160 easily for this but just not back there yet. But I am considering this my has to get worse before it gets better phase. Just sucks that it is right before my first out of country meet.
