So I am literally covered by angels....it is the truth! Again and again I am awed and blessed by the kindness of those around me...friends and strangers. Today has been a home day with lots of little repair problems. The dogs ran out and ran far just a few minutes before a repair team was to arrive. I walked, I called, I pleaded...nothing. I knew I needed to stay for the folks coming and prayed the dogs would return quickly and safely. As the truck arrives I see Grizzly leading them. Blessings #1. No Trinity. The guys were wonderful, Robert and Johnny and kindly undid my broken bbq, offered to roll it out to the curb for scrap metal to pick up and set up the new one, made sure I knew everything about bbqing with it and then asked if there was anything else I needed. Blessings #2. I teased and said ,You could bring back my dog Trinity if you see her. We laughed, and they drove away, a job well done. I was just getting into my car to hunt for her, and guess who returns? Johnny and Robert bringing Trinity home running beside them. Blessing #3. What amazing gentlemen! I took down everything I needed to notify their supervisors. Spoke to their manager who was delighted, spoke to the store manager, who was even more pleased and have letter ready for corporate. It reminded me of that radio ad of the kind deed plumbers. Small things folks. Small things make huge differences. Make each day your masterpiece. Johnny and Robert and HB Home Depot know this and master it!! And today I was blessed.
