So I am posting this as a heads up and warning. I am pretty much over facebook. All the political anger and bs. The judgments overwhelm me. Also I cant handle seeing all the hate and filth spewed toward the LGBT community, as so many family, friends, and I belong to this group. So much of the filth is spewed by so called christian people. Last time I checked in the Christianity I believe and follow, that kind of hate and filth is wrong. I am also tired of seeing things about the fate nonbeliever, Muslims, Jews, Palestinians, and the list could go on. I have many many friends that are all walks of faith, including Pagan. I have learned so much from each of them and grown because of it. While I still guess I mainly identify as a Christian, I am sure it isnt in the way many would say is the way, but I have never felt closer to God. I know longer run from what is different, but embrace it. I was always taught that if it feels wrong, it is bad. So what do you do then, when so much of what you learn in church definitely doesnt feel right. Well I left, and started doing my own study, and opened myself up to all. We are not the same, we are not born in the same places, so we are gonna have lots of cultural differences. But I personally dont believe God loves one particular group over another. Often it is us who just want to feel better than others. Also no one can help where they are born or what they are born into, so that too adds to all of our differences. We need to embrace them versus fear them. I have prayed with each of the groups above or been to a religious ceremony, and each move me. So when I see things that judge an entire group of people, it kills my heart a little more. Reelection is not for a bit, and yet my feed is bombarded with political bullcrap. We all have a choice, and while mine might not be yours or vice versa, I am tired of seeing the smear and hate campaigns. So if you post things that offend me, I will most likely unfollow you. If it just seems filled with hate, racism, or anything that does not promote peacefulness, and the true commandment of love, be warned I may unfriend. I am tired, and if you surround yourself in negativity, strife, drama, or unkindness, we probably arent meant to be friends really anyways. Hope all understand. And if you do not like what I have to say here, or it offends you, I totally understand if you delete our friendship as well.
