So, I finally broke down and called the online support for Disneys - TopicsExpress



          

So, I finally broke down and called the online support for Disneys site after my two e-mails went unanswered and my one chat just resulted in Try again later. I spoke to a CM who was more than capable and understanding and much more helpful than the CM I chatted with. Turns out it was not system issues as I had previously been informed. When I logged in this morning the site somehow created a second profile with my same e-mail address and password. She had to reassign the second profile to a separate e-mail and then everything worked again. Feels so much better to see my reservations again.
