So I finally checked my phone messages and I got a weird one from Simi Library. We have our annual toy drive in their community room. They are no longer run by the County but have been privatized. The message was that while the County sometimes did not enforce their rental policy, that policy is now being enforced. They also said they sent a packet to me which I have yet to receive. I wonder just what policy items they are referring to. I wonder if there are policies that forbid singing, dancing and eating. Peeps, be prepared to scout a new location in Simi or Moorpark (not the Chumash Center in T.O., been there already).
