So...I had an excellent appointment at the diabetes center today. I have dropped 21 lbs since my appointment in August. Ive lost a total of 54 lbs (on the drs scale which is always evil) since May 19th. The dr said that is as much as the average weight loss with bariatric treatment. My A1c is now 4.7 which is now within the normal range for a non diabetic. My dr is extremely pleased with my progress. He said I made his job easy and he wishes all his patients worked as hard at becoming healthy as I do. I am very pleased with my progress as well and I love drs appointments like that.
