So ... I had another visit to the orthopedist today. I fell a few weeks back and hurt my bad ankle (again). They took Xrays and it looks like all the hardware is still in place and the ligaments are still tight. I have a lot of arthritis in there and plantar fasciitis. Yay me!!! So Im wearing a brace, heel cups, and taking naproxen for now combined with stretching & icing. If that doesnt work, I have to have a cortisone injection in my heel. Lets pray this works!
