So I had my physical yesterday and the nurse called me with my lab results. Everything was great. My cholesterol sounds high at 214 but the HDL or good cholesterol which they like to be over 40 or 60 or better for women is 94! The nurse asked me what the hell I eat! Lol I just told her I drink a nutribullet smoothie every day with 2 servings of fruit and 2 servings of veggies with a Tbs. of chia and a Tbs. of flax seeds. She said to keep up the great work!
