So I had the honour over the weekend of firstly attending & speaking at the #hugsforhenry ball & seeing the people of #plymouth come together to help raise as much as they could to help a very brave young boy continue to fight his battle against Cancer and yesterday I got to attend the closing ceremony of the #InvictusGames where I got to see a group of people that can only be described as #legends be honoured for all of the hard work & training they have put into their rehab after sustaining life changing injuries both in combat or in service to their country. Im extremely proud to call lots of those people friends & very humbled by what I saw, all in all it was a weekend of inspiration.
