So I have another question, when it comes to someones Career. As a child Ive always wanted to become a chef way before I even knew what Vegan life was about. Parents invested into my career by sending me to culinary school. How would you handle this situation? Do I give up my career now because of the lifestyle Ive chosen to live? Which ultimately I dont wish to do anything else other than cook for people. I live in a country (The Bahamas) where vegan food isnt as popular as it is in the US or in other parts of the world. I try my best at the moment to specialize only in Vegan food. I had a restaurant for a while but I had to close my doors because the support was just not there. Your views on Career choice while being a Vegan.
