So I have tried to follow the health care testimony etc in Washington pretty closely... one thing I took away from todays Health and Human Services Secretary (Sebelius) testimony. None of the personnel that advise, take or review people signing up on the health care exchanges, where you are required to give an extraordinary amount of personal data, undergoes a security screening or background check! Your personal information is now available to every con man, convict or other that can get a low paying job at the health information exchange. And that is not the worst part...Madame Secretary stated to Congress that ensuring safe and sane backgrounds for employees was not her job and it was Congress. After all the Obama administrations self serving administrative rules one would think that background checks would be a priority.
