So I just called an complained because my cable and wire has went out sense Optimum took over the service. When they replaced my DVR cable box I ended up this a NON DVR cable box and when my wireless internet went out they replace the modem but not the wireless router. After about 10 minutes on the phone I came down to I should have never had a DVR and that was just luck, and " They " never had free wireless, they just sold the wireless router years ago and I must have bought and had them install it. I told the lady I felt like I had been ripped off by the new cable companys so she reduced my bill by waiving some sort of fee so that over the next year I will save enough in cost to pay for getting a new router...I feel better. It pays to let your voice be heard sometimes.
