So I just called #zazzle and the girl BRIANA told me that she knew who I was and why I was calling before I even gave her my order number. She said she was sorry that I made a mistake and ordered the wrong quantity. I told her CALMLY that I didnt and that their website messed up. She told me again I ordered the wrong quantity and apologized. I asked what she was apologizing for and she said MAAM. I said I was asking bc I was recording the call to put it on Facebook. She said she was disconnecting the call and would request a new groupon voucher for me. I cannot believe how rude she was! What a piece of crap company. REALLY WHY WOULD I SPEND $30 ON 1 CARD?!!?? Highly DO NOT recommend. Oh I was on hold for 18 minutes before the lovely Brianna even picked up the phone.
