So I know I am getting old, and complaining is what old people do, but this evening has set new levels of complaining for me. It took me 25 mins to write the email to Toyota UK complaining about Lancaster Toyota in Durham (NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM). I then had to complain Father-in-laws ward Sister about POO-Gate (She was very apologetic), oh, and complain to the nurse about the Sister taking so long to see me (so long in fact, I had to go home and ring her). And to finish, I had to make a formal complaint about the attitude of non-medical ambulance porter at the hospital (I KNOW the NHS is understaffed but that doesnt excuse RUDENESS). I await their response, but will not settle for anything less than an apology from him. Tomorrow, I shall mostly be not complaining.
