So I made hoisin braised pork cutlets over the weekend. Yummooo 8 pork loin chops/cutlets 5cm fresh ginger cut into matchsticks 3 cloves garlic sliced 5cm strip orange rind 1/2 cup fresh orange juice (squeezed) 1.5 cups chicken stock 1/2 cup hoisin sauce 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 tbsp cornflour Brown chops then add to slow cooker. Add everything else except cornflour to slow cooker and cook high 4hrs or low 7-8hrs Add cornflour and bit of water at the end to thicken sauce. I served mine with fried rice as I had leftover cold rice from the night before.
