So I may have woke up the man sleeping in the hot tub sitting next to me tonight at the gym. After watching him gasp and snort for 10 minutes I could not leave the hot tub without asking him if he had ever been worked up for sleep apnea and encouraging him to call his doctor! I swear I could have diagnosed him after the 10 minute encounter watching him try to sleep in the super loud pool area. Awkward I know...but it needed to be said. What I did not realize was the real awkward moment would come a few minutes later when a lady who had been in the hot tub came looking for me in the shower to thank me for telling the guy. Yes she actually opened the curtain and had a conversation with me as I was showering!! That folks became the most awkward part of my day!! I swear my life if not normal...I really could not make these things up if I tried!
