So, I stand in line behind a guy at the self checkout stations at Publix and this lady approaches from the cross aisle and gets behind/beside the guy who is in front of me as if she is next. I say to myself, surely she doesnt think shes next. Sure enough, after the guy in front of me goes and the next self-service checkout opens up, she hurries and walks up to it. Needless to say I immediately felt ticked off inside. But, instead I said to myself, Lord, Im not going to get upset or say anything. Ill just chalk it up to ladies before gentlemen. Well, low and behold, all four self-checkout stations were having issues so the lady at the customer service counter called the next person up to check them out. Guess who the next person was? Yup! Yours truly. The guy who was in front of me finished his check out and left and I walked out right behind him. Yes, I ended up leaving before the lady did. Sweet justice! I love my Dad. Hahahaaa!
