So I started from the couch to a 5k today. 5 minute brisk walk, check, 8 repetitions of 90 seconds of running and 60 seconds of walking, well I did 2 before I puked. I thought people only puked after they ran on tv, nope so not true, have to tell you not my most attractive moment ever. To keep going I was chanting, just get closer to the car so the ambulance will not have far to come get you, and you can do this, no more fat one. I would like to say that helped but nope. After all is said and done though, I feel pretty good from having achieved the little bit I did. I feel better to, funny thing I have sneezed and blown my nose about a million times since I left the track, hmmm.... am I allergic to running?
