So I started my day at the cemetery visiting my mommys resting place because it something I wouldve done had she been here on earth. It pains me how more often than not, once the body is committed to the grave, I believe that its a conscience thought of out of sight out of mind. I say this because the symbols of honor left by my kids and I at different times are the only ones I see on the next visit so obviously no one else pays homage to this beautiful woman. But you know what? Its ok because she had me and mine more on earth, so its a given that shed still have us now. Yeah I got into my feelings about it for a minute but the reality is that I shouldnt expect others to think and act as I think they should or would regarding this. Im good now..(singing) BECAUSE IM HAPPY!
