So I wake up with no internet access today. I call Comcast and the guy (in India) cant figure out what is wrong, so he tells me he will have a level 3 technician call me back within an hour. Nobody calls, so I call them back. I get a lady in India who explains to me that my modem is outdated and that is why I cant connect. So I am like - how could my modem by fine last night, but is outdated today? She tells me it is because they are constantly upgrading service so that I have good internet access and I should visit comcast to get a new modem. I tell her I would love to visit comcast if I had internet access to do that! Yeah, so I pretty much slam down the phone on her and now I am at Manzano Mesa using their free wifi to check out modems. Ugh!
