So I was reading on how apples get process for public distribution. It states that apples are sprayed with a wax to keep oxygen out...not sure if its a harmless wax, but you can onlt see it if you deep apples in warm water (1st picture)! Now I googled on how to remove the wax (lemon _ baking soda). Even after 15 minutes in the mix and some rubbing you can still see white wax on them....DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO REMOVE THIS JUNK OFF MY APPLES ? Please let me know!
