So I was thinking of quitting walking and going strictly to riding the stationary bike at the gym. Reason is because it took me like 30 min to walk the 1.5 miles we did today, but only like 2min to bike the half mile I did. That on top of working the machines meant a good work out today. Anyways, anyone have an idea if one is better than the other or what not? as far as biking vs walking goes. I can keep doing both, but I feel I could do soo much more just biking. Thanks in advance.
