So, I was told at Bank of America, that I will got a monthly maintenance fee on my checkings account if I submit a direct despot from my work of $250+ or keep an amount of $1,200 in my account every month. Cautious, I did both. I specifically told the banker that if I get one monthly maintenance fee into my account, I will close it down immediately. Two months later... $12.00 Monthly Maintenance Fee. I went to the closest BoA ATM and withdrew all the month out of my account. I called costumer service demanding to close my account. The receptionist tells me, Ms. Nakamura, I understand your upset, but is there anyway I can change your mind? I laughed and said, Dont waste our time, just close the account. Im about to cut the card. I will now be forever a loyal Wells Fargo member.
