So I went to see the Specialist in Grahamstown today and she is such an amazing woman. Apparently my body does not make its own vitamins so I will have to take supplements for the rest of my life. Had a long chat to her about not being able to fall asleep and so I am on some medication to calm me and enable my brain to switch off, so that I can sleep. She says that I will feel like a brand new person in 6 months. I already feel brand new, so the next 6 months should be even better. I am feeling very empowered to be taking responsibility for my health and wellness.
