So I went to the post office in Salisbury yesterday to mail my IPhone back to Verizon which I need to do within 14 days because I just got the new one.....Verizon had given me a pre-paid label. I found a padded envelope at the post office that the phone fit in and attached my label- I needed a piece of tape to fully secure the label and asked at the counter and the postman told me he did not have tape for personal use and that I would have to go home and get a piece of tape and come back. It was sitting right near him (I could practically reach the dispenser!!) I returned today to mail it after taping at home last night and asked the same guy for a receipt and he wrote on a piece of paper parcel and signed his name....I said shouldnt the receipt have the tracking number on it and he handed me my package back and said if I wanted to write it down I could.....worst customer service ever...
