Changing Winds (Inspired by Scorpions - Winds Of Change) Intro: So Ive been thinkin real deeply about certain things, like the way birds sing, and the type of harmony it brings. The miracles of life, n certain natural magic alike... So yea - ima go a little soft hearted, ima get this started... Verse 1: Sittin here outside, both day n night, lookin up at the clouds n stars in the sky, closin my eyes, n straining my ears ta hear all the sounds that may pass by, in deep thought to simply realize, how lucky we all are to be alive, theres miracles n gifts all around us, even the most simple things like the changing winds n dust, we all know every day life is tough, why dont we all just inhale deeply n look at the glories above? I know its gotta be hard ta take me seriously when I talk about this kinda stuff, but please listen - if even just this once, I normally tell tales of anger n I go vent, just take into consideration the way i feel at this moment, this just may be the last time yall get, Im takin this chance to relax n relieve all my stress. I know I can - but can you feel the changing winds? Verse 2: Lets travel on the path less have walked, have the conversations that are less talked, when the wind blows, theres one thing I always know, these are changing winds, cleaning us of past sins, I can feel the change, I know it seems so strange, but the wind always blows straight, straight into the sands of time, taking with it the reborn peoples past that ruined their life, gives us all the motivation to try, the encouragement n strength to find a new code to live by, the changing winds are everywhere, when they reach you - dont be scared, let the winds envelop you, n deliver you to a new life of solitude, dont let yourself get left behind, with all those who ran from them when they passed by, theres curing magic in the tears cried, let the waterworks run, you may not notice at first but youll know when your change is done, until then - look up n open your arms n be thankful for all the gifts from above. Trust me, its such a wonderful feeling... The thought of the changing winds power... Lets make that power ours... Verse 3: Its okay to be a dreamer, just be a believer, things we dont recognize have powers we couldnt even fathom, those non accepting of change are trapped men, women n men alike, accept the goodness of the winds change, it gives the gift of clearer future sight, life itself is an unbreakable chain, how much evil is lost with the changing winds - it gives us much more righteousness to gain, if your mindset is an uncontrollable beast - the changing winds give you the power ta have it tamed, the distant bad memories shall be lost forever, alongside the wind is curing weather, I wanna take all your hands n have us healed altogether, giving us a bond that cant be severed, our world is a beautiful place, even with all the catastrophes we face, we all need to do our part n protect it, cant let hatred - pain - n misery dissect it, itll destroy it, dont yall think thats a bit of an annoyance? Let the changing winds make the children of tomorrow, live in a life without pain n sorrow, keep them from believing their problems are solved at the bottom of bottles, bring me the change, Ill drift away, n be cleaned today, bathing in the ambience of what the changing winds create...
