So Im a Sr. Recruiter. I post jobs that Im recruiting for as often as they become available, as I enjoy affording ones seeking work the opportunity to apply if they have the skill set my client desires. In my posts, 100% of the time, I provide a brief description of the position and my email address, for ones to forward their resume. I do NOT and let me repeat do NOT do this type of work 24 hours per day. I do have a personal life that includes my youth, my family, comrades. self time, leisure, meditation etc. I pray thee. Respect my personal time. Respect my person and do not inbox me, text and call repetitiously asking for more information as I have decided that I will not do recruiting work on Kerris time. Respect what I do off the clock and please, just follow the instructions and email me. My office hours are from 9-5 (in my dirty red voice). I love my work. But I love me more.
