So Im doing the Maxs Muscle Up challenge for those who dont know its a 12 week body transformation challenge. I am suppose to do I photo every 4 weeks but thought Id keep myself honest and post one here at two weeks. My starting pic is at 91kg Im now down to 83kg lets keep the good things coming.
