So. Im sitting there reading, minding my own business. Abby Kennedy Lucias walking down the hallway, when suddenly she screeches. I ask whats wrong, and she says: Something just flew by my head and hit my hair with its wing! My mind flashes back to five years ago, when a bat got into our house overnight. I come out in the hallway, peek into the dining room....and there it is. A bat. Circling around in the room. Abby ducks into the bathroom and slams the door. I retreat down the hallway for the broom. Madi runs upstairs, yelling, Ill get a fly swatter! Abby yells: Madi get in your room and lock the door! Bat comes out of dinning room, down the hallway, straight for me. I swing the broom. Problem solved.
